1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible, the chair must be:
- In brand-new, resalable condition.
- Unassembled (or carefully disassembled) and free from any scratches or wear.
- Packed in its original factory packaging with all parts and manuals included.
2. Return Shipping Costs (Important)
Because of the significant weight (32kg+) of our ergonomic chairs, shipping costs are substantial.
- Customer Change of Mind: If you decide to return the chair due to personal preference (e.g., color, "not what I expected," or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping fees (Air or Sea) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A [10%-15%] restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging for heavy goods.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your chair arrives with a manufacturer defect or was damaged during transit:
- Do not worry! We will take full responsibility.

- We will send replacement parts or a complete new unit at zero cost to you. You will not be charged any extra shipping fees in this case.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Once the inspection is complete (usually within 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
