2. Return Shipping Costs (Important)

Because of the significant weight (32kg+) of our ergonomic chairs, shipping costs are substantial.

Customer Change of Mind: If you decide to return the chair due to personal preference (e.g., color, "not what I expected," or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping fees (Air or Sea) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
