We want you to love your new chair. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if it’s the right fit for your body.

Eligible Returns: To be eligible for a full refund, the chair must be in like-new condition, unassembled (if possible), and in its original packaging.

Change of Mind: If the chair just isn't "the one," we accept returns. However, because our chairs are bulky and shipped internationally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our designated warehouse.
2. Damages & Quality Issues (Our Promise)
If your chair arrives with any "battle scars" from its journey, don't worry! We've got you covered:

Transit Damage: If the box or chair arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.

Defective Parts: If a gas lift, wheel, or armrest isn't working perfectly, we won't ask you to ship the whole chair back. We will ship out replacement parts for free via express courier immediately.

Full Replacement: In rare cases where the chair is functionally compromised, we will arrange a full replacement or a 100% refund at no extra cost to you.
